I like it. Very colorful and clever.
I like it, too.
I like it…somewhat? In high-res and dropping the “spend your money….” tagline, I think it’s a winner. Less busy and more direct.
Your lives???? I don’t get it.
Where you heart lives.
I like the concept a lot. But I think this particular rendition is busy. When a graphic is too busy, folks get distracted and don’t read all of it. So that defeats the purpose of that busy-ness. I would drop the chevrons, hearts, and dashed downward arrow. Then I think folks would read the text. And/or I would drop the whole third line of text. I think the point is made well enough with the message of Keep It Indie-Decatur.
Totally agree with At Home in Decatur. I really like the message and the play on words, but this design looks so much busier than the ones we saw a few weeks ago. All of At Home’s suggestions are spot-on.
umm..it’s not Indi-Decatur…..it’s a play on words as in ‘in de catur indi-catur. see?
