Remember that would-be kidnapper who fled the square in a black Prius? The AJC reports more criminals fleeing the scene in a prius – in this case, a gray one speeding away in Midtown.

It is so strange to think of prius owners being kidnappers and robbers. Sadly, I am reminded of murdered who was caught in his mom’s gray volvo station wagon, in Columbia SC a few years ago.
They’re not the only criminals in prii, http://www.universalhub.com/2012/dont-mess-prius-drivers.
every time I hear of some idiot in a prius I think of this video clip- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZBV486ignTk
Can’t see the clip at work (blocked) but what’s wrong with someone driving a Prius (provided they’re not using it to kidnap, kill or other bad stuff)?
nothing at all but the clip is hilarious. I’m all for hybrids, but the best option I could imagine hybrid wise would be a small diesel, I.e. 1-1.5l 3 or 4 cylinder turbo hybrid. the American public just needs to get over the diesel stigma first.
+1. Our old Jetta TDI got 48 mpg on the highway and high 30s in city w/o being a hybrid. Imagine the possibilities.
I had never heard of a Walmart grocery store before. I guess it makes sense since they have pretty much saturated the US with their typical store, the only way for growth is to enter a different market. Looks like they will put the little mom and pop Krogers, Safeways, and Aldis out of business.
I know. I too feel pretty bad for Mr. and Mrs. Kroger (NYSE: KR).
WMT is already the leading grocery retailer in the US…
Yeah, but they’re no fun. You don’t get super sales where if you buy ten 12-packs of coke you get an extra 25 cents off each one.
