Can someone tell me re: article on SPARK:
What on earth is a “shared primary care facility”?
can’t figure out which article you’re talking about
She’s talking about the fourth article down on the list about Poncey-Highlands neighbors fighting school redistricting.
I had the same question.
Meaning, after I read the Patch article, I wondered “What in the world is a shared primary care facility?” That sounds like a healthcare term.
with no context, the phrase made me think of some type of senior care and/or nursing care facility. after reading the article, I have no clue, unless they actually are talking about re-purposing a school as some kind of health facility, which seems unusual.
If you go to the other article re: redistricting, there is this quote, which does not say ‘primary care’ and explains what a ‘primary center’ is.
“Options three and four would combine Springdale Park Elementary School with Hope-Hill Elementary to create a primary center model — kindergarten through second grade at one campus and third grade through fifth grade at the other.”
Is it just me, or does the Patch seem to do things like this frequently?
Why would a food reviewer try a restaurant on a full stomach? Doesn’t seem fair to the thali place.
+1. That review is bizarre.
Yes, it is– but because of it, I’m gonna try that place (its food looks phenominal)! So maybe bizarre is good…
Duh! “Phenomenal”– gotta stay away from that Hooked on Phonics tape.
He hates these trees. Stay away from the trees!
My brother and cousins used to go out with a .22 and shoot mistletoe down when this area was a lot more rural. Using a shotgun seems to be a bit of overkill unless he was blasting whole tree branches down.
Maybe he was accounting for his age – his aim would not have to be as good with a shotgun.
If you want to do it on your own property (and that property is large and would not put anyone else at risk from a stray shot) or maybe even out in the woods during hunting season, be my guest. But blasting away in a mall parking lot suggests callous disregard for safety and likely a little mental instability.
God willing, some ents will come along and stomp his ass.
Good article from the Times. Having an interesting conversation with Facebook friends, re: in the absence of government advocacy, planning, and execution of public spaces, how Libertarians would imagine them being created.
I love the ADHD-ness of these posts. Sounds like dinner at my house.
