City of Decatur residents and property owners are invited to a public information session regarding the capital bond projects, financial options for capital improvements and future financial projections on Thursday, September 2 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the City Commission Meeting Room, Decatur City Hall, 509 N. McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030.

That is one of the creepiest, David Lynchian architects renderings I’ve ever seen! My mind is truly boggled! Twin Peaks meets Decatur! Now if only the Decatur Diner would open those folks in the picture would have some where to eat!
Given the state of the economy and the fact that we’re even talking about borrowing large sums to finance nonessential projects, this may be an alternative history.
Let’s kill this thing before Peggy gets her hands on any more of our money!
