Thanks DM. We are very excited about the turn out and look forward to getting these community conversations started. In addition to having the opportunity to share their visions for Decatur, we hope everyone participating will have fun and enjoy getting to know new neighbors.
I’m still waiting for somebody to tell me what group in which I’m assigned. Maybe they’re not telling me on purpose?
According to the website, they’re planning to email and call everyong.
. . . everyone!
Thanks for the head’s up. Was driving past the location I had been told last week to go to and was wondering how we all would fit in there!
Supposedly we were to be contacted by today, it is a little disappointing that I have not been contacted and I am unable to schedule my week accordingly. It seems a little disorganized.
I just received an email a couple minutes ago TreesRock, so hopefully yours is on the way!
Mine came this afternoon too.

Dang it!
Yesterday’s Volunteer!Decatur email said that they’d be phoning folks all weekend with assignments. (And could use extra callers.)
Even better than expected turnout. Score another one for the power of the blogs!
I’m looking forward to the chance to see what Navo looks like. I’ve walked or biked past it many times and fantasized what a strip mall church looks like inside.
. . . everyone!
