I know I’m middle aged but I gain 5 pounds a month when I eat school lunches regularly. Apparently, the kids aren’t faring much better. Absurd! Yeah CSD for looking for a solution.

My kids refuse to eat the school stuff too. And if you saw some of the stuff that they WILL eat… you’d know that they aren’t picky!

I hope this works to improve the quality of food in our schools. My son is a DHS freshman. You don’t want to hear what he says about the aesthetic appeal of what they serve. And if I can get him to report what they serve, it is carbs, and more carbs.
