The Filming Continues

Cheryl reports over on The Decatur Minute that an indie film entitled Shrinking Charlotte will film in Decatur some time in August. The romantic comedy about “three single men who stalk and date a woman in therapy” stars Brittney Murphy, Sam Trammell, Billy Zane and Kathleen Turner, according to IMDB.
Ah, the trials and tribulations of imaginary life.
Hmmm. “Romantic comedy” and “stalking” don’t seem like they describe the same movie but we’ll see….
Ha! I was thinking the same thing and was going to write “why can horror flicks and romantic comedies have the same plot line?”

Filming going on this afternoon in the apartments located next to the “zombie” gas station (Gas N Gulp aka Hi Tech.) Wondering if it is “Shrinking Charlotte?” How many movies is that for Decatur this year? Hopefully their security guards will keep them from experiencing the crime seemingly on the increase in/around the city and area.
