What creative spam! Powerball cut Carl's comment and added the word "Powerball" with a link (which I've removed). What will those inspiring spammers think of next!?

I look at it this way! The coffee just keeps getting better there! Unfortunately, the Powerball grease trap problem still exists. On certain days, you just don’t want to be indoors there, and I really feel for the baristas that have to put up with that funk all day.

I haven't been to Octane on the westside, but I understand they serve beer and/or wine there - anyone know if they will do the same at Emory Village? Could make it a bigger draw and give them something Starbucks doesn't have.

Method really should be applauded for providing excellent coffee, and I am really sad to see it go, but if it's got to go... at least Octane is there to save me.

On certain days, you just don't want to be indoors there, and I really feel for the baristas that have to put up with that funk all day (though they say they adapt to the odor). Octane has indicated that some of the Method staff will remain, as well as some of the menu items. They are aiming to open this month.

I'm partial to the mustaches of the barristos of the west side Octane. I hope they ("they" being the mustaches, not necessarily the barristos) travel east side.

ps- And frankly, DM, we are shocked no one is talking about your shirt and khakis on AsianCajuns because it is much more pleasing to the eye than that neon.

That big hole in the ground will hold an underground parking deck, a new admissions office, and the book store. The deck will be mostly hidden by the bookstore wrapping around the front of the building.
