May 20, 2009 | 10:03 pm

Two reports from residents of helicopters and DeKalb County sheriffs over Suburban Plaza at around 10p Wednesday.

There were a couple Decatur Police cars hanging around Poplar and Ponce around 10:30. Was kind of strange as it’s a pretty quiet street, save the people cutting the Ponce/Sycamore light.

The helicopters were around for a good 20 minutes, and I saw one of them searching with a high intensity spotlight.

I saw a DeKalb County Police car headed in that direction around 9:45pm with all lights and sirens on.

Maybe someone bowled a 300 game at Suburban Lanes?

Maybe someone’s trying to blow it up – in which case I might go and help them. Then maybe we can get something worthy of the site there.

Wait, before you say, I will: Or maybe a big hole – we could use another one of those.

I heard it was another smash-and-grab. Apparently Uniform Advantage got hit for $75 in sub-par medical scrubs.

Agreed GAK. That place is such an eyesore.

WP Stud, please tell me you are joking!

I dunno…Lotta negativity about Sub. Plaza here. It’s said among my wife and her friends that if you can’t find it at Suburban Plaza you don’t need it.

Winona Park Stud never jokes. Except this once.

I shop Suburban Plaza pretty frequently, and will do so even more often, now that Last Chance Thrift is moving there!
