December 2, 2008 | 1:10 pmI haven’t gone to vote at my precinct yet, but I’m wondering what the Decatur voting lines are looking like.
My BFF Clark Wheatley reports no lines at his precinct this morning.

There were about 6-8 people at Lutheran Church of the Messiah when I went at NOON!
I <3 U 2.
As stated above, no lines at Decatur Baptist but the workers said there had been a steady flow of voters all morning. Took me 10 minutes to get in and out.
No lines at 1:30 at Decatur Baptist!
Moderate morning rush around 8:30 at Epworth in Candler Park – maybe 30 people or so.
One voter inside Holy Trinity at 2:15 PM
No lines at First Christian on Ponce
Busy but no wait at Fernbank Elementary at 2:45. Saw several neighbors, that was nice.
I voted at First Christian across from the Decatur PO a few minutes after 11. One person was there voting when I arrived, and I passed two people on their way in when I left. That was it.
No line at Winnona Park around 10:30 a.m., but poll workers said it had been about as busy as election day.
Hubby and I were voters 844 and 845 at Winnona Park School as we skidded into the precinct with minutes to spare at 6:58 p. The pollworkers commented that they had expected half that many voters.
Chambliss killed. Can’t say I’m that surprised.
Great result!!
Hooray for the status quo!
for all those that are sad to see bush go, at least there will be a twig left
