CrossFit Opens in East Decatur Station

There’s a new fitness coaching facility in town!

CrossFit East Decatur recently opened its doors in the back of the Push Push Theater Building at East Decatur Station (121 New Street B).

If you’re looking for a supportive atmosphere to lose weight and get in shape, this seems to be a good place to do it! Check out their website/blog for lots of photos and details.

    I can vouch for this gym and the trainers. It’s a terrific place to workout. The workouts are scaled to meet your fitness level so anyone can do it. I love it!
