Brick Store to Take Over Rue de Leon Building?

They’ve already got a successful pub and coffee house in town. What’s next?
Must…avoid…excited…speculation…
I wonder if this is an alternative to the stalled Grant Park location.
Tom, Dave, and Mike actually sold Javamonkey several years ago. They do continue their friendly relationship and serve JM coffee @ BSP.
Google maps shows a number of trees between Rue de Leon and the back of Brick Store. I wonder if they intend to connect the two locations with an open courtyard. That would be very European wouldn’t it?

Brick Store is 125 East Court Sq. Rue de Leon is 131 East Ponce. Brick Store would also have to acquire Blue Moon (418 Church – the only originally residential house remaining in “downtown”) to have adjacent properties.
